Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO V) has strengthened its commitment to quality service through a recent partnership with PASAR Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PEMC). The agreement, sealed in a formal signing ceremony, marks a significant milestone for both organizations.

Representatives from LEYECO V and PEMC, with General Manager Atty. Jannie Ann J. Dayandayan and PEMC Chairman Houdinzon G. Celiz, together PEMC General Manager Reme Magdalene T. LLuisma prepared to formalize the collaboration.
