The Annual Preventive Maintenance and Servicing (PMS) of the Talisayan Substation, located in Brgy. Talisayan, Albuera, Leyte, was spearheaded by Engr. Ricardo R. Lequin, together with Engr. Leo Andro L. Lopena of the Engineering Services Division (ESD), the ESD staff, and the team from WESTCO Electrical and Equipment Corp.
This PMS aims to ensure the reliability and safety of the substationโs operations. LEYECO V remains committed to improving service quality for its Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs).
